Fred Jasavala – President and CEO – Principle/Sr. Consultant
Mr. Jasavala is a results-oriented professional with over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare sector. His senior management experience includes operating positions in both the public and private sectors, with a strong emphasis on the entire spectrum of physical distribution activities. Mr. Jasavala has had detailed involvement in all aspects of healthcare supply management, from the patient care point right back through the operating chain to manufacturers and providers of products and services.
From the Logihedron Inc. corporate perspective, Mr. Jasavala is the senior Logihedron Inc. resource with respect to warehousing and distribution services, end-user supply management, supply chain process improvement and all other operational aspects related to the six (6) Logihedron Inc. business divisions. Mr. Jasavala is recognized as a leader in physical supply chain redesign and process improvements in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Jasavala’s credentials include formal professional development in operations management, logistics, and supply chain process planning. In addition, he has excellent knowledge of hospital products, their applications and utilization profiles.
Farzeen Jasavala Manapul – Director of Field Operations – Senior Consultant
Farzeen has over 16 years of experience in healthcare and logistics. She is a pillar in the business, having held almost every healthcare logistics role at Logihedron. Farzeen leads and manages our consulting teams on all point-of-use projects. Farzeen has a solid track record and extensive experience on projects across North America.
She has gained a reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget and has developed solid, long-term client relationships. She has a great deal of experience in data analysis, physical reconfiguration, equipment selection and project leadership.
Michael Baughan – Special Projects – Senior Consultant
Michael has over 8 years of project experience, including assessing the supply chain end-to-end at several Canadian and U.S. hospitals.
Having worked at various client sites capturing business requirements, supporting software design and actively engaging in QA, he has a great deal of experience in data analysis, cleansing and manipulation using various relational databases and applications (MySQL, Access, SQL developer). Michael holds a degree from York University.
Patrick Laplante – Vice-President, Business Development and Senior Consultant
Patrick brings more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare, including 10 years in supply chain consulting and inventory management solutions. Over the years, Patrick has worked on 50+ projects with hospitals, shared services, health systems and GPOs in Canada, the United States and Europe. Patrick’s additional role is to act as corporate liaison between Logihedron, their clients and partners. Patrick holds a degree from Bishop’s University (Sherbrooke, QC).
