Fred Jasavala – President and CEO – Principle/Sr. Consultant
Fred is a results-oriented professional with over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare sector. His senior management experience includes operating positions in both the public and private sectors, with a strong emphasis on the entire spectrum of physical distribution activities. Fred has had detailed involvement in all aspects of healthcare supply management, from the patient care point right back through the operating chain to manufacturers and providers of products and services.
From the Logihedron Inc. corporate perspective, Fred is the senior Logihedron Inc. resource with respect to warehousing and distribution services, end-user supply management, supply chain process improvement and all other operational aspects related to the six (6) Logihedron Inc. business divisions. Fred is recognized as a leader in physical supply chain redesign and process improvements in the healthcare sector.
Fred’s credentials include formal professional development in operations management, logistics, and supply chain process planning. In addition, he has excellent knowledge of hospital products, their applications and utilization profiles.
Farzeen Jasavala Manapul – Director of Field Operations – Senior Consultant
Farzeen has over 16 years of experience in healthcare and logistics. She is a pillar in the business, having held almost every healthcare logistics role at Logihedron. Farzeen leads and manages our consulting teams on all point-of-use projects. Farzeen has a solid track record and extensive experience on projects across North America.
She has gained a reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget and has developed solid, long-term client relationships. She has a great deal of experience in data analysis, physical reconfiguration, equipment selection and project leadership.
Roxanne Kharwanwala – Business Manager
Roxanne is an experienced Office Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry for over 10 years. She is responsible for personnel management, financial activity, and key administrative tasks.
Steve James, Senior Consultant
Steve has over 35 years of experience in healthcare and logistics. He has wide-ranging knowledge in managing warehouse operations and in-hospital supply chain services. Steve has a great understanding in integrating operating systems to optimize processes. He has also participated in numerous projects with our consulting team. Steve has a great deal of experience in data analysis, cleansing and manipulation using various databases and applications. Steve is also a key member of the implementation team, working with Farzeen on many projects.
Darius Dalal, Consultant
Darius has been working for Logihedron for 10 years. He started working part time building carts, and eventually became proficient in all distribution center operations. Darius has hands on management experience in a large downtown Toronto teaching and tertiary care trauma center, as well as lead a team of staff for replenishment throughout the hospital. Darius played a key role for the hospital during COVID by managing the PPE inventory levels, as well as backorder management for all JIT supplies across the site.
Patrick Laplante – Business Development Consultant
Patrick brings more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare, including 10 years in supply chain consulting and inventory management solutions. Over the years, Patrick has worked on 50+ projects with hospitals, shared services, health systems and GPOs in Canada, the United States and Europe. Patrick’s additional role is to act as corporate liaison between Logihedron, their clients and partners. Patrick holds a degree from Bishop’s University (Sherbrooke, QC).
